American Whitetail Deer Commemorative

HI,
I have a couple of knives that I think may be pretty rare or maybe valuable. I have found no one whom has ever seen others like them and I was hoping that maybe someone could shed some light on the value or history of them. I have attached a few pictures of them, there the best I could get. The first is a CaseXX set, It is an oak box with a whitetail buck and the words "American Whitetail Deer Commemorative" Limited Edition One of 500. It has the Case logo on the lower right corner of the top. On the inside is a nice picture of a deer and 1 highly polished Case XX Kodiak with a whitetail antler and Brass handle. The blade is laser etched with the same deer and phrase on it. There is also a small 3" single blade folding knife, the blade has again the deer and the phrase etched in, and the handle is antler and stainless steel. There are the numbers 51405L with SS under that, and case xx USA on the other side. It also has a Zippo lighter marked ZippoXIV on the bottom. It also has a Buck etched on it. Then there is a pewter key chain molded like a buck, on the back it has the K813 1995 . It has a pewter casexx Genuine collectable emblem in the center. The other knife is very old Keen Kutter looks like the name its in pretty rough shape but is very solid. The handle almost looks like Ivory. Any help would be great. Thanks
