All About Pocket Knives

This old knife just doesnt look good too me,,the problem is the tang stamps. There just too darn good and deep for such a old knife.
They look fairly new too me.

I'm not saying its wrong,,,but It looks more like a shave and restamped knife,,than the real deal too me!

I really dont know either, but It just doesnt look quite right too me.

I like your knife,,nice bomb shield, swedges and pretty bone. Your knife looks real old,,this guys just doesnt look old enough too me.

I agree 100% - fake looking blade stamps, and the bone looks too recent (like 1940's to 1960's era) to be on a real Platts.
