I have had this old knife for near 50 years. I found it on the ground in front of a grocery store when I lived in Washington, DC. I looked on the internet and found nothing. The name on the outside as can be read easy is S.C.-U.S.A. and on the blade not so easy but looks like it reads MHLER BROS U.S.A.

I typed my username wrong it should be Chet have not figured out how to correct that.

Looks like a Miller Brothers TL-29 made for the Signal Corps. If it were in good condition it would be fairly valuable.

Thank you. I looked it up and yes that is what it appears to be. I could not get MILLER out of what is on the blade but the S.C. - U.S.A. is very clear. I read the S.C. thinking South Carolina. I saw that it dates back to WW I issued to the electricians in the signal corp. Thank you again for you help.

Melchior Bros. Omaha & Chicago c 1887-1939
Myer Bros. Ft.Wayne Ind. c 1920-1940

These were the only two that I could dig up that started with a M and ended with a R and were bros. other than Miller Bros.
