id like to find a near mint XX era, 40-64 case 63047 , thought id see if anyone has one they might part with, thanks.........

I have a 1978 dot knife and couple that are newer than that, in case you don't find the XX you are searching for.

thanks guys, i actualy have a 1974 if i remember right, but love how the older XX were a little more slim cut on the handles and just seem to feel a little better.

I have a XX 47 in Redbone with the punch blade. I've had a few folks try to get me to sell it or trade me out of it, but so far nothing has come along that made me want to part with it. The mainstay of my collection as well as my favorite knife is the Case model 83 splitback whittler as well as the model 80 splitback whittler. It would probably take one of those in at least as good of condition as my 47 to swap me out of it. You're welcome to try, but just be forewarned of what it would take to get the knife. BTW, mine is very near mint and I'm not interested in selling it outright (just trading).

i have 3 near mint old stockmans. a 6347hp case xx, 6344 case xx and a case tested 6344..

Is this for collecting or carrying? Knowing that will help us a lot to find the knife you want.

for carrying, but id like it kinda close to mint, the one iam looking for has the O in it , 6047 cailf. clip blade. robert had the reg. clip version, but may have one in latter on trade, ill keep in contact with him . thanks,

If you're familiar with the smooth red and smooth green ones put out around 1979-80, some are 047's with the clip blade you're looking for. I'm pretty sure I have an extra, but would have to check to see if it's red or green. The ones I have are mint and CV. Contact me if you think one of these would fill the bill.

looking for XX 40-1964, i had looked at the one mike lathem has in Tennesee on ebay for 200.00, but handles are cracked and chipped prety bad.
