were any of the ka-bars/kabars knives made in germany? if so, why aren't they stamped as so? i have a few people sell kabars that they claim were made in germany, but nothing else indicates this on the knife. so how can a person really know?..thanks for any help,, chet

The one Kabar that I've come across with a Germany stamp is a serving fork. I'm no expert but I do look closely at every Kabar knife, steel, stone, sheath, fork, spoon, potato masher, etc... that I come across. This is the only one found from Germany.

a german serving fork is a distinct possibility since Randall even has large serving forks made in germany today.--HiPower
