Small Straight Razor-Like Knife

Was at an antique shop a few days ago and what looked to be a miniature straight razor caught my eye. It was actually a pocket knife. From memory, it was about 2.5~3" opened, black plastic handle and a drop point blade. I couldn't make out any stamps but the lighting was pretty poor.
Anyone familiar with such an item?

Puctures always help, but I realize you don't have the knife handy.

A number of companies have made pocketknives that look like a straight razor.

Yes, very similar but the handle is more flat. I went ahead and bought it for a few bucks. It is stamped "ROSE trademark". As I am typing this, I looked at it with the light reflecting just right and "corn razor" is etched on the blade.

Thanks

Almost identical to tjmurphy's pic. Picked up a small Germany fixed blade that I believe is also a corn razor. I'll try to post some pics later.

I think the bottom, fixed-blade is a scalpel.
