military throwing knife any help maker ?

i found a throwing knife in a french barn, along with some british items. thinking it might be ww2 military ? .no makers marks , no arrow mark .
.has any member seen one before ? is it in any books ? web sites ? .........any help would be great regards

Probably nothing to do with the military. It likely dates to the 1950's. Is there any kind of stamping on the metal? I have a similar one with and Elephant stamped on it.

many thanks there are no marks on the blade i can see, does it have a value ?, regards ian

I'd give about £5.00 plus postage for it since there are no makers marks and its not in great condition. It's a good user if you are inclined to throw knives.
