Are C. Lutters and Lion Cutlery the same knife maker?

Tom, They are NOT the same Co. Lion Cut. uses a "lion" tang marking and C. Lutters & Co also has used a "lion" as a tang marking since 1840 (Goins) but they two seperate companys..

I actually have an old relic that is Lion Cutlery that is marked Vom Cleff...

The reason I ask is that both use almost identical reclining lions as a mark. Here is a knife I am calling C. Lutters:
