bought 2/27/2010 1979 original colonel coon great knives from some good ol southern boys who loved knives. its an honor to hold such a master piece crafted by a well known man from my own home town this is the 24th knife made of only 200.

I was at an auction several years back. I bought my one an only coon for $150. I heard two guys talk behind me, one said "man, he must of really wanted that knife". Of course I then had second thoughts about my purchase. Not so anymore.

i wish i got mine for that price i worked auctions its been in my family for years. people try to get in your head and make you think you made a bad buy so maybe youll not want to buy anything else. or they are just clueless to what things are. my favorite thing in an auction is making people say things like that just means they wanted it but was scared to pay for it. you got a great deal for 150.00 dont ever doubt it.
