Does anyone know the author?
I saw it on Amazon and ebay. I think it is self-published.

Thanks Joe. Did you find much info on Boker's Maplewood facotry?

in a cursory scan the book mentions Maplewood. There are 10 pages devoted to Boker. I easily could have missed more information, but in a visual scan did not see that name. But there is a lot of other information.
