i picked this up a while ago..not one marking or acceptance stamp...snap is not the word to describe what a beastie this is to open an close.

Looks similar to the standard British WWII pattern. The blades are the reversed though. s-k

i believe it is the real thing...almost un-issued condition..but for the caked up rust and cosmoline...strange little thing...not one identifier, not a anchor, a stamp, or anything else to identify...except, only one army used these things...i am betting a theater made item...but who knows???

All my British GI knives in this pattern have this blade configuration. By no means an definitive sample however.

they feel like hard rubber...derlin?

I believe these are contract knives made by Joseph Rodgers in England ...... I think they were standard issue for all British Navy and Army during WWII , I'm not 100 % certain of these facts, just read them somewhere.
