I have ben looking at some of thses knives and just by looking at pictures they seem to be real good knives. I have not seen any up close yet. I had a few questions about them.
What would one expect to pay for a knife like this. I really like all of the File and Wire knives.

I for one don't know. but Inventory Clean Up for 2006 gives me the felling that if you want it for a user it would be kool one to get.

If you want to add it to you collection I would not buy it.
Thats just my felling.

Good question. I was wondering the same thing with the inventory thing.
What does the file and wire tested mean?

Just a guess on my part. But a on properly hardened/tempered knife, a file should be able to skate across the the side without making a mark. It should cut a wire without chipping the blade. My guess is that they are saying it is hardened/tempered to exacting criteria. Hardened/tempered so that it is hard enough without being brittle. Just a guees.

I do know from other posts here, and auctions, that this seller moves a lot of knives, and is considered by most to be a straight shooter.
