Query - Lahdensuo Finnish Knives - Two in One Sheath - ??

As a total stranger to the world of knives I find myself in possession of this neat little sheath, which does appear to be leather, and with two knives slid in the double sheath. After some difficulty I managed to decipher the maker as Lahdensuo. He engraves like a lefty, sort of backwards across the blade. If I can figure out how I might be permitted to upload or otherwise attach a photo of these things I know it may help. What I want to know is whether these are like some sort of souvenir and worthless or decent knives. Some attention is needed because there is some rusting starting.
Thanks for any assistance.

Welcome to AAPK!Definitely a nice pair of puukos. If the rust is just starting, take a soft rag dipped lightly in mineral oil and rub it into the affected areas. If that does not remove it,take some fine(600grit and above)wet-or-dry sandpaper(available at most hardware and body shop supply stores and carefully sand the rusted area.Finish it with a good metal polish(I use Mother's Mag Wheel Polish)and give the metal areas a light coat of mineral oil.If you are going to store the knives for any length of time, store the knives and sheath separately. The tanning acids in the leather contribute to the rust problem.

EDIT:A small amount of metal polish will bring out the shine on the metal ends of the handles. They look to be made of copper.

Thank you for giving me some idea as to what these are. And for the tips to keep them from deteriorating. I hope you might forgive me, I wasn't totally forthcoming when I posted the query. I am in the process of sort of learning about knives on the fly. I am selling a sizeable number of them .. not Puuko's .. but knives pocket and pen knives and the like .. a few at a time ... eBay. I just prefer to know what I am putting out there. I feel if they are described well .. accurately .. then folks like yourselves can key onto them if yer lookin' and get them where they belong. I thought these maybe were run of the mill . . until I tried to find out something about them . . and could only find one other double sheath similar looking knife .. on this site .. a collection someone posted soemtime back.

I am considering maybe the auction site associated with this great group of knowledgeable collectors. I sell during winters as entertainment actually .. something fun to do .. auctions. Not interested in dumping them as a lot .. I like the auction thing.

Thank you guys .. I am almsot sorry I got to looking around here though .. I start thinking about keeping thesse dozens of old knives!!
