Queen Toothpick

nice one james. i cant see a year on the tang. do you know what year? what's the handle material? i've got a 5" on order but it is new. great pattern. is that a button or a shield?

It's a button

These knives weren't stamped with a date. From the information that I have, they were made from 1948 to 1958. The blade just has a Q tang stamp on the front and Pat. Pending tang stamp on the back. They are quite hard to find. The handle material is plastic or Delrin or whatever they called it. It is the only handle material they made them in.
