Hen & Rooster

I purchased small Hen & Rooster pearl whittler on eBay. It looks like the new stamp from the descriptions on AAPK. Front tang is stamped with Hen & Rooster profile/"Solingen/Germany". The reverse is stamped "Bertram/Cutlery/Rostfrie/203mop”. The small clip and pen are stamped with Hen & Rooster /"Stainless".
It was advertized as old, but I don’t think so and I did not pay enough to make any difference, but would like to know so that I can tell if I am judging the stamps correctly. Can someone give me a second opinion on the date it was made and where?
