All About Pocket Knives

Grandpa worked at the Cutlery and gave me this almost 30 years ago !
Any input would be appreciated. Maybe a cloth bag ?

The pattern is known as a fisherman's knife. It is a pattern of the broader category of "Jack Knives". The main blade is a clip blade and the secondary blade is a hook disgorger/scaler which also has a bottle opener built in. The handles appear to be sythetic of some sort (celluloid perhaps) and have apparently shrunk some creating a gap where they meet the bolster and most likely producing the crack at the pin as well.
If you can show a closeup of the tang stamp I or someone else may be able to narrow down the time frame in which it was produced.

Phil, that is a number 25 stamped on the back of the tang. The "Ring" is a magnifying glass he used when he took the picture to enlarge it.

That's right ! The magnifier is my telescope eyepiece.
The handle glows in the dark.
