Help on ID of French knife

Hello, I have a French knife that is marked ALATASSE D'ARGENT it has celluloid handles and measures 3 1/2" closed and 6 1/4" open, any idea what this is? Thanks

With the help of Google, it appears to be a souvenir from
La Tasse D'Argent hotel, in Belgium!
I could be totally wrong on this - I'm sure someone will correct me if so.
Great looking old knife with the "birds eye rivets" and small bail!!

Silver cup. Is there a mark of a cup along with the name? The mark is listed as originating from Thiers, France but no other information at this time.

Thats possibly a French Pourneau....
I know Wullie has a LOT of French Pourneau's....
