All About Pocket Knives

My girlfriend got me this from a second hand store, and I don't know how to date it. The tang reads;
KUTMASTER
UTICA N.Y.
U.S.A.
The can opener says just that, CANOPENER.
Any info would be lovely, Thank You Gary

Official Scout Blades by Ed Holbrook shows that knife as having been produced from 1947-1980.
