All About Pocket Knives

thought id share this, i posted the other day about trading for a stag mink skinner from one of there distrbuters, there was a ""slight"" side to side movement in one blade, iam probly being way to picky about it, if i were going to carry it, i wouldnt have hardly given it a second thought, but i thought id keep this one put away, i called Ryan at GEC. he told me he would send out another knife, i could compare the 2 and pick the one i wanted and send in the other, or, exchange in for another style of knife if i wanted, thats top notch customer service !! this wouldnt happen with most any company out there today with any product, trusting me the customer enough to send out another product before receiving the other ! ill diffantly be getting more great eastern knives.

YUP pers I will buy more GEC knife just on this a lone....

Excellent story CB! This backs up what most of us already know. And thank goodness.

How many of us have not been given good and decent customer service in other business or
everyday activities and never returned? I know I'm that picky with my hard earned dollars.

Bottom line: if you give respect you deserve respect back in kind. Great going GEC!!!
