Been trying to find some detailed info on this beautiful Buck 110 damascus folder. Has x next to buck 110 on blade.Someone suggested that Buck only produced one year short run of Damascus steel blades in their history. As for the scales ???? Giraffe bone was an outfield suggestion, is this possible? Looking forward to some more info from all the Buckeroos out there. Thanks

from Bushdocta downunder (Australia that is).

Hello
You have a 1990 buck 110 -(as per the tang mark)
Damascus blade
Nickel silver bolsters
Bone handle
A fine looking knife!

Thanks Gino, glad you like it, Variety of knives and information, particularly on American knives can be a bit limited in Australia , but this one sure is a beauty. The scales really don't feel like normal run of the mill bovine bone, would appreciate if any one could shed any light on what type of bone they might be. Thanks again Bushdocta downunder.
