Help identifying 3 blade split backspring whittler knife age

I got this nice old whittler in a group of knives and I am unfamiliar with the manufacturer. Anyone know the age or maybe familiar with this maker? All 3 blades are tang stamped "Honeyman DeHart @ Co. Portland,Oregon". The main blade appears to be heavier in thickness than I have seen before. The handles appear to be bone with a small crack and break on the front near the middle pin. The blades though have been ground by maybe a Dremel tool it looks like. I think someone was trying to get rid of the black color that high carbon steel blades get with age and use. The grounding is not too bad like I have seen before. Just curious about this knife and I want more info. Nothing on Google for that maker. Must be older. Thanks
