6520 Case 5 blades all to one side

I am looking into this for a friend of mine (he's not computer friendly). I'm not sure I have seen one quite like this. The box is labeled: Item No 01600, 5BLD Peanut, DR6520SS, any info would be greatly appreciated. I can try to get pictures monday.

It's called a "Big Nut" which is a Shepherd Hills exclusive. They were made in a run of 1000 in 1996. Retail price at the time was about 50.00, they are currently selling around 65.00.
