Just recieved my first custom!

New Dads show off pics of thier first born child right? Well fellars heres my boy!
This is my first folding custom worked knife. It's an older Robeson PocketEze 3 & 5/8th's Canoe. The main blade is ATS-34 and the front is tang stamped Robeson ShurEdge Rochester NY. Both blades are fileworked and polished along with the backsprings.
The filework and polishing was done by Ken Metsala
Can anyone give me an approximate date it was manufactured by Robeson/Queen? Thanks

Has the master blade been replaced in that knife? If not, then the story would narrow it down for you, I believe.

Bill I've wondered that myself. the rear of the main blade is tang stamped
Q6622064. I have no way of looking for info on it except the net and sunburst's article is bout the best I've found. So I really appreciate the help you guys give.

Sunburst thanks, I would love to read quite a few books on knives but due to my medical disabilities i'm unable to hold them or turn pages. I'm shopping for a page turner so maybe soon i can read that one and Davids.
Hint:More knife authors should consider the e-book format
