What a beautiful knife that thing is! 4 1/4" too. I really like knive of that style and era: 1867-1905; Goins has a nice little history of Souhington Cut. Co. I wasn't aware of them. Southington is just down the road. Lots of knife history here.

Hey Guys, thought I would bring back this Thread to Life again. I happen to Enjoy this brand a lot. I just took a couple quick pics w/ my phone
This is a very cool & not often seen REAL Tortoise Shell. See the "Layers"
Note all blades have long pulls & go completely thru the tangs
I really like it

Great knives Mark, really like that jumbo cigar. Southington is one of the makers that I really admire.

Hey Dan, You are correct it was a patch from long ago. I would think someone could do a much better patch on it NOWDAYS,,,lol
