NEED HELP WITH INFO ON KNIFE BLADE....

Hi,
I have a knife that has a blade that has: Stainless, under that is- Rostfre 1...I belive it is a 1, nothing on other side of blade...It is a drop point style, with 1/2 blade being serrated..Any info would be appreciated...

Rostfrei is the German word for stainless. I've had a few knives that had that stamping on the blade, and I thought it was the name of the company that made the knife, til I did a little research on the matter.

Welcome to the forums. There are plenty of folks here that know a ton about knives. If you post a picture of the knife someone may be able to tell you more.
