All About Pocket Knives

i bought this knife today. not knowing much about it didnt come with a box or paper work just liked it and took a chance with it. it measures 3.5 inches it has two pitbulls fightin on the blade and on both blades it has the same insignia stamped on them. it also stamped bulldog brand hammer forged handmade it has the acorn shield and black with a little yellow stag handle. .whats the generation and what is the value thanks for your time. and yes im a NOOB to this. and a little nervous if i made a good deal or not . i mean even if i did i really like the knife and guess it was worth it.

You have a nice 3rd generation (1993-95) green bone canoe, 1 of 100, bkc#(bulldog knife club#) 559 which books for $70. I've found the 'book' price to usually be a little optimistic, though. The 3rd generation knives were either stamped "surgical instrument" for the stainless ones or the year made for the carbon blades. Enjoy!
