All About Pocket Knives

...didn't realize when I threw it away 10 years ago (unused,as it was worthless) that by simply doing a poor rehandle job I could have had a real work of art.

Yep I agree, the knife is a joke. It would take somebody that has either way too much money or thats a few bricks short of a full load to buy that knife!

Never seen one with the sheath...Aint worth the shipping!

Gee! I have a couple of those I'll sell for HALF that!I even have a couple of miniature models I'll let for half that(but only if you call within the next 10 minutes..........lol).

Fellers, you all may be missing the valuable part of that knife on Ebay. There's a 1 in a million chance that the pins in that Ebay knife were at one time rivets that came from a WWII Japanese Navy aircraft carrier that we sank at Midway and had been piloted by the highest ranking Admiral in the Jap. Navy. And those rivets were cut down by hand and fitted for that knife, making it a 1 of a kind. It's that possibility or someone's horse is out there running around bare foot with out any shoes on it because the nails were stolen and used for pins in that knife. Now which one of those stories....er...uh descriptions fits the Buy It Now price of that Ebay knife?

It's the "plush leather case" that's driving the price on that beauty! I have one in the cellar that I bought at an Army & Navy store in the early 60's when I was about 10 years old.

Standards must be a little different in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Apparently,fine art cutlery is appreciated in Bulgaria on a scale unfathomable to many of us residing in less cultured environs.I say if you have the financial means at your disposal and the opportunity arises to flaunt it through the quality of your collection,so be it.
