Did they make a 61011 with 5 dots? The guide above says this pattern # was made 1965-1969. The sellers description says 5 dots???

it's a 1975 with wood handles, the bone version was made till 1969.

The 61011 with jigged pakkawood handles was made through the 70's and discontinued maybe about 1981 and replaced with the delrin handled version made on contract by Camillus.
