"THIS KNIFE IS MADE OF ORGINAL CASE PARTS FROM THE TIME ERA STATED ABOVE AND HAS BEEN RESEMBLED"

"RESEMBLED", by what? Compared to; looks like; having similarities; familiar?

Somebody send him a thesaurus.

And, why is the disclaimer, of sorts, written in a smaller font, and displayed in muted, subdued colors compared to the rest of the body of his description?

It's not a disclaimer, it's an out.

How many people will bid before they ever read all the way down to the ambiguously declarative statement about the knife having been "RESEMBLED".

Whenever these knives come out of Lafayette, Tenn. the immediate counterfeit red flag should go up.

i know who made them there is a guy that set up at the big knife shows. and he has boxs and drawers full of of these "PARTS" there old ansd rusty. he cleans them up and and puts the knives together and sells them. lol he does right in front of everybody and even the case knife company.

Well those might be Case parts but I don't think they are from the era they are stamped.

badboy i live in tennesse that. and yes your right i do know the guy. i have done a lot of tradeing with him. bought and sold. he is a good kid. i dont see that he is doing anything wrong. he puts in his disclaimer on every knife that he sells.

your right a fake is a fake. but these are not fakes. there parts knives. the parts are oringial case parts. there is a guy who set up at knife shows and has boxes full of these parts. he bought them from parker when he owned case.

He should put that disclaimer in the title, not down at the bottom of the page. The title makes it sound like an original knife, and that's mighty misleading IMO.

To put together a knife and sell that knife as a Case Tested, is an out right move to deceive.
I don't care if one puts a small disclaimer in the listing or not.
The worst thing is, someone paid $260+ for this counterfeit piece of crap!

they did come from the case factory if read all what i have been saying you see where i said that parker owned them.
