Queen TL-29

I took my son and grandsons up to Janesville WI yesterday for a walk through of the annual Badger Knife Show. It was quite a to-do. We enjoyed ourselves quite a bit.

One of the vendors had an Army Signal Corps (or maybe lineman's) tool set. It's a double leather pouch with TL-29 and a small pair of lineman's pliers. The set was well used but not abused.

The TL-29 was a 1932-1955 Queen. Is this unusual? (Queen TL-29). It doesn't seem to me the TL-29s get very much respect in the collecting arena but all I've seen have been Camillus and Klein. How much effect does a (most likely) WW II Queen have on that collectibility gulf these knives seem to suffer. The guy was asking $75, which seemed a bit high to me. I'm just looking at this from a knife accumulator's point of view, ignoring the appeal it might have for a military collector.

Here's one on eBay with a Camillus TL-29 that's sitting at $51 right now but the sheath is (like new) in much better condition than the one in Janesville.
