Great Eastern Cutlery jigged bone whittler with a punch and 2 blades. GEC pattern # 291319. 1095 carbon steel with nickel silver bolsters and pinned Tidioute shield. Brass liners & pins. Easily takes and keeps a keen edge with an Arkansas whetstone and mineral oil. A real workhorse and a top quality American knife. USA made in 2019 in Titusville, PA. This is a 3 spring whittler as opposed to the usual split back 2 spring variety. More weight but more room in the cavity for all the blades. A very useful knife for what ever happens to come up in the course of a day.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I Love this thread but I don't change my EDC's as often as most of Y'all do. Usually I change them on the weekends as I just did this morning. It's a real joy picking out which knives I'll be carrying over the next week or so.(If I'm too busy on the weekends I sometimes carry my EDC's two weeks in a row.)
Wanted to mention two of them that I have chosen for this week. Just because.
First off, a NOS "2007 Collectors Edition Buck Creek Doctor's Knife". It's 3 3/4" in length & has stag handles.
This is actually the only knife I have with stag handles because they normally get bid up higher than I wish to pay for them here. Even if they are used knives, they get bid up pretty high. This one has been in my showcase for probably a year or more where it should be but today I decided I needed at least one EDC with stag & sense I only had one in the "Arms-Room" it was easy to figure out which one that would be. So as of today, it's joining my EDC rotation. I guess I wanted to "mention it" because I'm proud of it.
And second off, I wanted to mention my Schrade LB-1. I have been carrying this one in my watch pocket for I guess three or four weeks now and I've kinda fallen in love with the little feller. I use it every day for one or the other small task. Meaning the rest of my EDC's are just being carried around more than they are getting used. It's a perfect fit for the watch pocket and still big enough to get most of the stuff done that I need to do. It also got a 5 min. LANSKY work out this morning.
I guess my "Perfect" EDC might be a custom LB-1 with stag. But then I'd be so stoked about it that it would probably never get out of the "Arms-Room".
Other EDC's for this week include:
a "Solingen" no name single blade
a Böker two blade Pen Knife
and last but not least, a Case Peanut
(plus my little SAK that is not pictured)
(and my RR key chain knife)
(and my cutter knife for work)
(so altogether
Thanks for looking friends!
