I have a Hen&Rooster 4 blade congress,it has smooth stag bone handles.I has the stamping Voss Cutlery behind the main blade.Can anyone help me determine the age and value of this knife;it's in very good condition.Thanks.

It sounds like a contract made knife, made in the later years before A. G. Russell bought the brand in 1975. You would have to post good quality pictures for someone to speculate at the value.
