Cattaraugus Barlow

The images are a bit rough on this one. I'm using a scanner and just getting the hang of it.
The pattern is 2159 and the stamp reads Cattaraugus Cutlery Co Little Valley NY. Is there anyway to find out how old it is? I know it's pre 63 because that's when they closed their doors but other than that I'm left guessing.
I've also got an old Russel Barlow with the arrow on the bolster. Is there anyway to date one of those?
