seen a lot of knifes that were worn the other way, sunk in a tad when opened, but, what about slightly sticking out a little when openend ?? knifes that are new , or older mint condition knifes sometimes do it, iam "guessing " that would be repairable right ? probly easier to take away than to add, probly dosnt hurt nothing, but always bugged me a bit, just curious as to the fix, thanks.........

Does it fit flush when the blade is closed? If so the fix will be a little tougher.

Well........................The knife must be taken apart to make the adjustment, and it's possible you'll mess up the tension. Kaleb will know more about this than I.

That is not uncommon.
It is one way you can judge a quailty knife. OR at lest the work menship.
I did not see the company name yet.

case , from the 70,s "dots" its probly nothing most people would notice , i probly get to paranoid i guess when i get a new knife, i start looking for every little flaw !

i was just guessing it might be a easy fix

Well you’re looking at a GR8 knife to close.
That is a production knife sold in hardware stores, and not an Artists knife.
Perhaps your next knife should be a GEC or Queens knife.
They try very hard and getting things right.
But that’s why they cost more too.
