All About Pocket Knives

Here are some pics of my last Doctors knife,
This one is made using "Yellow Dino Bone"
I left this one a little fatter than the others and it turned out great!

I looked at some of that material to use as spacers on a stacked handled knife, the blocks seen to be 3/4 or 7/8. I'd like to find some at least 1 1/4 inches. Any leads?
