Springfield Armory

This could be a whole new problem for me.

In searching for a bayonet for my Garand, I found myself getting pretty caught up in the military thing................does it never end!

Of course not! Get yourself a couple of old Springfields to go with those two bayonets.

Although those are The Model 1905 they will fit as you know your Garand.

Since you seem to have two. Send one to me for safe keeping and I'll let it sit by my old M-1 for company.

OR try to find the extremely sought after "red handled" Navy version of that bayonet. ::disgust:: They're out there, but they are PRICEY!!!

Those are two very nice bayonets, and yes the choices for that M-1 seem endless. The LONG knife, the short knife that was a LONG knife, the later and the Korean war versions LOL.

DECISIONS DECISIONS!!! ::tounge::

Buy one of EVERY TYPE!! ::nod:: :mrgreen:

Year, model, manufacture, lengths, scabbards,............oh my!
