GEC Blade Etch

Has anyone seen this blade etch, not a tang stamp, on a GEC blade?

I saw it once on the pile side of a master blade about 1/3" up from the tang. It was only about 5/16" in diameter.

Pattern Production Premier - The first 400 (I think) of each new pattern will have this etch and also have a special tube.
