All About Pocket Knives

These are two of my favorite Eye Brand knives (for now anyway).

I think the yellow one is a mid 70s model (Eye over Germany tang, plain shield, no model #). Am I correct Ray/Kaleb?

The second is my workday EDC. It has performed admirably over the last 2+ years.

Nice ones! The stamp on that stockman was used until 1981. I believe that the start date would be some time in the 1970s. It is a 'three eye' knife and has the quality carbon steel for which Eye Brand is known.

Love that half congress. Any idea of it's age?

I asked Clarence Risner about when the round shield came into use and he says it started in the late 1980s. I am not sure when Keith might have bought that particular knife but I'll bet he'll come along and fill us in.

The half-congress is a new(er) one.
I bought 2 of them new about 4 years ago.
One to carry and one to put up.
The stag is getting worn down a little, which I think makes them look even better.

Over the last few months its had to split EDC time with a GEC half-congress.
