BOKER SERVICE IS A+ !

Wish I could remember who it was, but someone on AAPK told me that Boker would replace a missing shield on my 1970's era model 84. I sent them an email and got a pretty quick followup message. The guy in the repair dept asked me to end the knife to them so he could make sure he put the right shield on.
I am a skeptic when it comes to customer service. I have high standards and most companies don't make it. I sent my model 84, along with a newer model 9815. Kind of expected never to see them again.
Well folks, I just ot my two kinves back today! They look great, and BOKER charged me NOTHING.

8) I will second that! ::tu:: Boker's customer service is First Class. A while back I had one of their Neck Knives and the sheath supplied with it was not snug and so loose that it was dangerous to use. I emailed them about it and the very next day they answered my email telling me a new snug fitting sheath was in the mail on it's way to me. You can't do any better then that! ::tu:: Another company that has been First Class with customer service also when I have had issues is CRKT.

Your welcome Blue, glad to see Boker fixed you up. Boker has always been top quality customer service for me. They have been the fastest cutlery company to fix a problem with a knife from all of the other companies I've had dealings with in the past. I agree, A+ it is.

Glad to read so much positive feedback about Boker service. Is there an address available for customer service? I have a couple of their knives with the shields missing which would be nice to have them replaced. Even if I could buy the shields, then i could replace them myself. Dale H.
