Pocket Clip for Benchmade

I'm looking for a pocket clip for a Benchmade. I have no idea what model it is, but I've included some pics. The knife is a large one, 5 1/8" closed, and 9 1/16" oal.
A buddy gave the knife to me. He didn't want it since he lost the clip.
I need the clip and hardware to attach it. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, can anyone enlighten me as to what I have.

That knife is a Benchmade 740 "Dejavoo", designed by Bob Lum.
