Go to knifeshop.com and search Hubertus for a large variety of Hubertus products. It's a German knife sales company. The Euros get a little weird but you can see allot of different knives.

adamsknifeworks.com has tham as well. I have never ordered from them though.

Adams has a nice sight in general. They have 13 Hubertus knives to choose from. Knife Shop offers 13 pages of Hubertus Items including several fixed blades and standard folders with several types of scales. They even have carving knifes and forks. I was amazed at the variety.
