Here are the Hubertus knives I own,
Rare Early Special Edition HUBERTUS "Slim Jim" Model..

Unique looking vintage production piece from Hubertus features Genuine Stag Handles that run the entire length of the handle, (No bottom bolster design), Measuring 7 3/4" open with a Mirror Polished 3 1/4" Solingen Stainless Spear Point Blade with a early blade etch, (Blade is etched with the Hubertus name and logo along with "ROSTFREI, GESCHMIEDT, W.-GERMANY" which means Stainless, Forged, West Germany.)

Traditional lever action springer design operates by pressing down on the lever which activates the leaf spring style spring. Flipping up on the lever acts as a safety when carrying it. "Old World" style and truly a handcrafted piece in every way. Nickel Silver Top bolster with brass liners. Excellent Action and Lockup. Gorgeous piece. Includes another unique rarity; a Hubertus plastic presentation box which was offered with many of the vintage folders in the 70's and 80's.
This model is part of a rare series made in the mid-late 80's for a Belgium company that never distributed due to Laws prohibiting the use of them.

Rare Early Special Edition HUBERTUS "Lilliput" Small "Pocket Springer" Model..
Smallest Springer made by Hubertus of Solingen, Germany; this piece is very different from the others in that the Genuine Stag Handles run the entire length of the handle, (No bottom bolster design). Rare picnic knife made with hardwood scales and knife and fork pattern with a corkscrew, this knife separates to become two pieces. Very collectible item!

I took some more pics of that knife but for some reason they are coming out dark.I'll post them here but will try and get some better shots.Any particular area you need to see?

The last one I got was about 20 years ago.A friend of mine used to buy them and then trade them off(usually to me)so he could buy something new.My favorite is the smallest one;the scales are green dyed bone and it is extremely fast.I used to carry it occasionally but now it has become a "drawer queen".

Don't have a lot of Hubertus but here is a large pre-production lever that was made in a limited 2004 run.

Some good looking knives there guys...those bone scales look nice on these knives...
The blade etch says Puma but it's 100% Hubertus...

The oldest levers I have are tang stamped, not etched (8cm, 10cm, and 11cm)

AK, could you show us some more pics of the scale release models, maybe in the 1/2 open position ect? I was always curious as to how they operated as i've never seen one in person.

The front scale pivots which lifts the backspring and opens the knife. It is closed in the same manner.
