I need a Knife Doctor..

I recently bought this knife on Ebay. It was described as mint. I have been wanting one of these for a while. I was really excited when the mailman delivered it. My excitement went away when I opened the package. The back handle is loose on one end. When the handle is squeezed, the rivet sticks way out. The rivet appears to have never been braded at the factory. This bothers me as much as if it had a broken blade.
Does anyone know where I can send this knife to get it repaired right?
On the Ebay listing, the photo doesn't show this loose handle because the person is squeezing it together' Here is the iten no on ebay.280008551513

I tried calling Eugene Blankenship at 731-723-7575 and got a recording saying "The number had beed disconnected. Any other suggestions?

I was dialing the wrong area code.

I do not recognize that area code. Is he (Eugene) still living here in Tennessee ( 10 E C ) ?
I have not talked to him in awhile, but get emails from a mutual friend and he has never said anything about it.

The seller was Jeff Rickman (jrickman2452) on ebay. I told him about the problem with the knife and he was nice about it. Today he refunded me $15.00 through paypal. The repair will be aprox. $25.00, so I didn't come out too bad.

Carl M Sorry to here about your hurt feelings. I too have had my feelings hurt from some sellers on E BAY. I am saving Schrade knives and lots ok bad ones out there because when the Co. closed the door they sold all the knives that were still in the factory some of witch would have NEVER gone out the door do to defects and errors. They are on E Bay now. Most of them do not have factory boxes so this is one way I stay from bidding on them (NO BOX NO BID). Ken

I'm going to save those digits for sure. I just performed minor surgery on a 1987 Cripple Creek myself. It came out okay, but talk about stressful! If I knew what I was doing it probably wouldn't be so bad. Next time I think I'll use The Knife Doctor. Thanks.
