Does This LOOK Like Delrin?

Seller states the handles look like Delrin.
I don't think I've ever seen Delrin with jigging like that. Maybe some of you have.
So, is this an older bone handled
Craftsman sleeper?

Could be delrin guys. I have seen Colonial Frontiers,Kabars,Mcgrews and other knives from the 70's with jigged looking delrin or plastic scales

This knife, though it does have some condition issues, is probably going to sell low because of that "Delrin" comment.
Maker? Camillus? Utica? Or someone else? The punch should tell.

Did you win it? Anybody. What was the handle material? I was leaning towards Delrin myself.
