Chinese made RR and Marbles ?

As far as a Chinese made knife; are RR and Marbles pretty much the same as to steel, fit and finish? Thanks.

I think some of the Boker Magnum slip joints and Boker Plus line bear a striking resemblance to the Rough Rider line as well. Could they all be made in the same factory?
