All About Pocket Knives

I joined the Case Collectors Club on 9/21 and the money was deducted from my bank that day. However I have received nothing at all from them besides my initial receipt on the webpage. I would like to join their forum but dont have a "Member Number" yet.

I sent a email to them today asking for attention in the matter for the first time. No response yet of course.

Can someone help me understand the normal time frame and procedure that CCC stuff happens?

It takes a couple of weeks for you to get your packet from them. you could give them a call 1-800-523-6350. Ask for Lisa Boser-Miller she is the club administrator and a sweetheart to boot

I just joined again after a 15 absence. That may be the least customer friendly sign up I've ever experienced. Wait for a packet in the mail just to be able to sign in???? When looking around the website they show you very little without asking to sign in. Not very enticing. They may get a few more people interested if they showed a little more. They show the list of club knives but the last entry is 2018. No events listed for 2022 yet. It feels like this website is an afterthought and not on anyone's priority list. I hope I find otherwise when I can finally log in.
