Looking for Empire Knife Co. Winsted, CT knives

I'm always in the market for an Empire in good condition. My preference is for pearls and pens, but since they're relatively hard to find - I'll take a hard look at any one that is in great shape. Thanks.

Is it an Empire or an Imperial brand knife?
