All About Pocket Knives

I am curious. I see that Valor made a close copy of the famous Gerber MK II serrated fighting dagger. Has any one owned one of these Valor knives and what is the quality like compared to the Gerber.

Any technical info would be appreciated also such as comparison of the steel used in the blade, workmanship etc.
