All About Pocket Knives

I recently added a pocket knife to my collection, but have never heard of the manufacturer. This is a 3-bladed stockman pattern with a 3" main blade, 7" OAL with the main blade opened. It has faux stag handle material with a blank arrowhead shaped shield. The main blade tang is stamped off center with "Jowik (possible "Towik") Republic of Ireland with an image to the left that appears to be a bird within an acorn (?). If anyone has any information concerning this knife, or this manufacturer I would appreciate being "educated"! Thank you!

Phil: Yes, sir! That did it nicely! I had wondered about the possibility of another letter on the end of "Jowick" due to the off center tang stamp. I also wondered if this company had any connection to Imperial, and your information confirmed that as well. Thank you very much!
