Cork Screw Knife with Horn Handles

The Boss is planning a yard sale and asked if I had any knives I would like to sell.
Of course, I picked out about 15-20 in all different price ranges and keep a small roll of the nicer stuff hidden just in case.
This is a corkscrew knife I picked. It looks old, it has an helix corkscrew and solid horn handles. The liners, blades, pins are carbon steel, NS bolsters. The master blade is a full saber spear point and neither blade has any tang stamps or markings. It is 4 1/4 inches closed.
I was told it maybe English.
If you need images/photos just let me know and I will get them up asap.
Any ideals on what I have here?

Hi 9-ball. Not sure about this one. My first impression, just a vague feeling, is that it is not English. Looks similar to a German knife or two that I have packed away somewhere. I will do some research and hopefully return with a more considered response.

I have another Antique one, if you would like to see it. I am keeping it for now though.

They went out of business when Whiskey became "illegal" here in the USA.
Cannot remember tang stamp, just had it on my machine. I will look it up if you are interested.

Good morning 9-ball. Nice one. Advertising knives with corkscrews were very popular in the early part of the 20th century. I suppose they still are today. However, back then they tended to be high quality unlike the many mass produced tacky promotional items of today. Many were made in Germany and imported through the likes of Kastor Bros etc. Typically, they were associated with drink related items, but also made for all sorts of products from sewing machines to utility companies.

There is a story here after seeing that knife.
